At Endurance Krav Maga we provide varied classes of Krav Maga self-defense and physical conditioning.  Our classes are safe, intense, unique, tested and proven, serious and fun. Our training environment is structured to establish a strong sense of camaraderie and community.  We tailor our teaching to the needs and abilities of students. We offer classes for every level. When attending a class, please show up 10-15 minutes early.

 

SELF-DEFENSE FUNDAMENTALS

A rotating curriculum allows students to enter the program at any time at any fitness level. Students learn to defend against many common street assaults, immediately counter attack and prevent ongoing danger with the single goal of getting home safely. Low to moderate stress drills are infused throughout the program to insure students' ability to respond effectively in a real life situation.
In addition to learning a reality defensive tactics system, students also benefit from a complete head to toe workout.

SELF-DEFENSE INTERMEDIATE

Students learn to defend against additional common unarmed assaults. We also begin to introduce the basic weapons defenses such as blunt objects, gun and knife. Previously learned material is practiced under increasingly higher stress levels. Students begin to improve their ability to finish an encounter quickly and decisively.

SELF-DEFENSE ADVANCED

This level trains students in more advanced Krav Maga techniques. Stress drills are now moderate to high in intensity and include executing techniques aggressively under fatigue, duress, and uncomfortable circumstances. Emphasis is placed upon improving the student’s' fighting skills with light contact in full protective gear.

Endurance Heavy Bag/KickBox

High energy, high intensity bag workouts incorporate punches, kicks and combinations with cardio, interval and strength training aspects.  This class will help improve technique and build endurance.  Beginners welcome, no experience necessary.

TRX SUSPENSION TRAINING

WORKOUT USING THE TRX SUSPENSION TRAINER

The TRX Suspension Trainer is system that leverages gravity and your bodyweight to perform exercises. You’re in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise – because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance.

The TRX Suspension Trainer:

  • Delivers a fast, effective total-body workout
  • Helps build a rock-solid core
  • Increases muscular endurance
  • Benefits people of all fitness levels (pro athletes to seniors)

This is currently only available as a YMCA program or private training.  More times and locations to come.

Our Instructors offer private client training. This is an excellent way to train if your personal schedule is unpredictable or if you just want to work at your own pace. We have male and female instructors available.  Please contact us to discuss.
